Booking Conditions Old Rectory Cottage is offered as a fully equipped self catering property, that is available to book on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, throughout the year. Key’s can be collected any time after 16:00 on the day of arrival, and the property is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Shorter stay’s, and alternate arrival and departure days may be available depending on status of bookings at the time of request. Prices Prices start from £400 per week. A deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A security bond of £50 is payable with the balance payment, and is refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to the property being left in good condition and with no damages. Payment Our preferred payment method is by either cheque, or direct bank transfer. Other payment methods may be available by request. Cancellation Policy Should the booking be cancelled after it has been confirmed and a deposit has been taken, then the deposit is non refundable. Should a confirmed booking be cancelled within 8 weeks of the arrival date, then the payment in full is non refundable. Privacy Policy We do not retain or store any of our customer’s financial details that have been given at the time of taking payment for the booking.
